The cleaning service was so easy, just like the advertisement. The Zerorez truck even carries the water, no hoses or waste water to worry about. My old carpet is cleaner than I ever thought possible, it looks beautiful again. They also clean tile, the entry pad had dark discolored grout so on his way out the tech cleaned that as well.
