Zerorez does such a professional cleaning , on time and with ne chemicals. They get all your dirt AND stains out, including blood from the dog's vigorous chewing on her bone. My three rooms were done in an hour and two of them had added protection. It only takes about 6 hours to dry so that is an extra bonus. I love this service. Thank you Zerorez.

The technician was very courteous and took great care to respect my home covering his shoes when coming in/out and using corner guards to protect against hose damage. He took the time to explain the process and concerns before and during the job and followed up with a walkthrough upon completion. The carpets look and feel wonderful.

Jonah called to say he was ahead of schedule and would be to my home before the arrival window. Jonah arrived, walked through my home, and then provided education and estimates on the cleaning process. I've used Zerorez before, and will happily be a repeat customer.
