I like the fact that there are no soaps or chemicals in the water that is used. It's like the name indicates: no residue left in the carpets.

They do not use harsh chemicals so there is no residue. Stains that I could not remove myself with any product and other companies could not get out from my Pat being sick came out beautifully .
