He explained the procedure needed for tough stains and had me ensure the cleaning was to my standards before moving on to the next area. I WILL have them back to do more areas in the future.

Very happy with our service firm Zerorez. They were on time, called to let us know they were on the way and courteous to me and my kids. Even warned that the hoses were hot and the kids didn’t have shoes on so to be careful. The carpets smell so clean without a chemical small. And they also cleaned and sealed my granite countertops! They look beautiful!

The technician was very professional and took the time to explain what they were going to do and any options we may want to consider.
I had heard good things about Zerorez, and all were true. It is far superior to steam cleaning we had had done before. Our 20-year-old berber carpet throughout the house and stairs looks years younger. Most all of the dirt and grime from high-traffic areas was removed. Only the toughest stains remained, but they were much lighter. Gabe was a wonderful technician, he was friendly, polite, worked hard and explained everything beforehand. Overall, I was very impressed with the work and the results.
