We really liked Chris and his sharing of knowledge about the Zerorez method of cleaning carpets. He really knew what he was doing and was very professional and gave excellent customer service. Some how there was one small area that was missed I am talking 12" by maybe 20". It may have been my husband talking to him. Even though that happened my husband and I are very happy with the job that Chris and Kris did. We definitely want them back next time.
