This is the second year we've used Zerorez Portland, and we will likely continue to do so! Our technician, Jackson, called about a half hour before he arrived. His arrival was early within the designated arrival window time, which was great! He treated our home with respect, explained the various services that Zerorez could provide, and worked efficiently. I love this cleaning process because our floors are left nearly dry at the end. We had our 15 year old sofas cleaned as well and they smell--like nothing! Just fresh. :)

Joel came to our home and did an exceptional job with the carpets. I was especially worried about the grout and tile in a small powder room but it turned out so good. Before, I could not get the dirt and grime out of the porous grout and off the tile but it looks very uniform and bright. I recommend this company for sure

The technician arrived on time- did a great job of explaining what he would be doing and discussed other services we might want to consider- without any pressure to purchase more than we had already committed to. We agreed to which services we wanted and he proceeded to do everything we asked very efficiently and relatively quickly. Once completed, he asked us if we were satisfied with the work he had done and asked if there was anything more he could do for us. We are very pleased with the results of our service and will use this service in the future. For us, it will be a "no brainer" to recommend Zerorez to our friends. It was a very good experience.

Our entire home carpet was cleaned by Zerorez. The technician was professional, very efficient, and quite personable. He did a THOROUGH job! The carpet looked absolutely awesome when he was finished. That is quite a feat, being as it is an old, cheap carpet!! He also took the time to recommend a few things. I am a Zerorez customer for life!!!!

This is the 2nd time using zero Rez carpet cleaning service.
The service is great. This time I had Jon Ashton and he was detailed and helpful explaining carpet issues. He was also friendly and listened to my questions.
The carpet cleaning tends to be more expensive than other services however the process of cleaning with the hot steam leaves the carpet feeling much softer

The competence of the technician who cleaned my sofas, the information he provided that gave me informed choices, the time and thoroughness he took in cleaning and the outcome.

I would recommend the service to others and will definitely use it again.

The fellow who came to clean our carpet arrived early in the 4hr "box" and took time to look over our carpet with his special flashlight and talk awhile about what we could expect from the cleaning plus other "add-ons" that were available. There was no pressure to get these extra's, just information. He was very thorough and respectful of our space and posessions and did a
