Chris, who came and serviced our carpets yesterday Tuesday 21 November, at 15132 NW Aberdeen Drive Portland Oregon 97229, was excellent. We give him the highest rating: 10 out of 10. Chris called and arrived when he said he would. So polite and so knowledgeable about the stains (wine and plant overflow), saying they may not come out. In fact we were relieved that so much did come out. Only we know they are there :-)
The entire service was excellent...all the worn sections of carpets look so much brighter, even the heavy foot traffic areas. The carpets are nearly 19 years old so their days are numbered but with this our 8th visit from Zero Rez they are hanging in there very well. It was such a pleasure to talk to a fellow Brit whose attention to detail was so thorough.
