There was no Perfume odor when it was done. Just clean and very fresh even the badly worn areas look very acceptable. Chris, our service rep that was here, had all the answers to my questions and was a real help letting me know what to expect and what would work best on the old carpet. Very good experience.

Raphael did a thorough, really labor intensive job. I could see from the striations in the pile of the carpet that he covered every inch. Also he was a nice guy and pleasant to talk to. Also patient when he thought he was done and I asked him to put on the carpet protector.
