There was no Perfume odor when it was done. Just clean and very fresh even the badly worn areas look very acceptable. Raphael did a thorough, really labor intensive job. I could see from the striations in the pile of the carpet that he covered every inch. Also he was a nice guy and pleasant to talk to. Also patient when he thought he was done and I asked him to put on the carpet protector.

Zerorez does such a professional cleaning , on time and with ne chemicals. They get all your dirt AND stains out, including blood from the dog's vigorous chewing on her bone. My three rooms were done in an hour and two of them had added protection. It only takes about 6 hours to dry so that is an extra bonus. I love this service. Thank you Zerorez.

Good communication; I appreciated the update on when to expect the technician and the prompt arrival. The technician was very courteous and took great care to respect my home covering his shoes when coming in/out and using corner guards to protect against hose damage. He took the time to explain the process and concerns before and during the job and followed up with a walkthrough upon completion. The carpets look and feel wonderful.
