I’ve used Zero Rez before. I love product because are no harsh chemicals and doesn’t leave strange chemical smells. Our carpet technician was wonderful he really found all the spots that needed to be cleaned and got them all done, very professional, very efficient. He was great, we were extremely happy with everything. Thank you so much, have a great holiday.

It was a little more expensive then previous carpet cleaners but the service was far better than the other cleaners. The person who cleaned my carpet actually knew about carpet cleaning vs having some part-time students for summer work. The stairs was the best part of the cleaning because so many cleaner hate doing stairs so they just speed through it. This person took his time and got it all clean.

The carpet does dry much faster and feels softer.

There was no need for all those chemicals which kids and pets can pick up from the carpet.

I now believe in investing a little more money and getting the job done right and get it cleaner.

Rust stains were successfully removed from the carpet and things look much better after the service.

The service provider was professional, courteous, prompt and efficient. He explained how the treatment to my mattress works. He asked if I had questions.

We had a serious problem with the outcome of our first zerorez treatment. We did several rooms and were not happy with several spots. We notified zerorez and Gabe came out to fix the problem. He worked miracles on our carpet and soon it was looking new.

The facts that when the carpet is clean, it is not soaking wet and the spots are removed are the
major advantages of your product. The technician doing the work was very competent and
pleasant to have in m y home.

Our technician, Gabriel, was very friendly and prompt. Carpet looked great when he was done and it dried quickly and feels so soft.

It was much quieter than other machines. Great care was taken to not damage the other floor. Carpets look and feel great!
