I called ZeroRez to come clean my carpet after the holiday. Setting up the appointment was easy enough. Friendly staff member took down all of my information and called me the day before my appointment. I even received a call the morning of my appointment just like they said they would do to let me know that the technician was on his way and provided an estimated time of arrival.

Now I've had my carpets professionally cleaned before - just like most everyone - and carpet cleaning is carpet cleaning right? WRONG!!!!! Oh my gosh, I'm getting ahead of myself here but ZeroRez has the technology down solid. John was my technician and what an outstanding man - he was helpful, respectful, personable, and he knows carpets and how to clean them. There were no extra charges - the quote I received was exactly what I paid. John is the best. He explains in plain English what and why of everything. I never felt dumb - John was efficient and careful. He took time to address my questions - I never felt rushed or like I was holding up the process. John worked thoroughly and best of all, my carpets have never looked so fresh and clean. I am thrilled and will call ZeroRez again and again.

The job was large and the technician outlined all of the services and he went to work. It was a whole house cleaning and he did a great job. Very happy with the service.

The Customer Service was most excellent. I felt he gave the best customer service I have ever received. He made sure that I understood everything about the service and the cost upfront, and he went so far as to sniff my carpet to be sure the cleaning left my carpet odor free of the bad smells that were in my carpet before the cleaning. I so highly recommend him and hire more people like him, as he was the most wonderful human being and understanding the true meaning of customer service ! Good job !.

My first time using this service. Had both carpets and couches done. A black light flashlight found pet stains I didn't know about which was impressive. I assume they are gone now. Stains from brass house plant pots that were leaking water are gone. Heads up that carpeted closet floors are extra. (Classified as walk in closets). Raphael was good about helping me move furniture around that I couldn't move myself. I had the rooms mostly empty in preparation but not the bigger items. He was hard working, knew what he was doing and was very personable. I will use this company again.

As I booked my cleaning online, I was amazed to find several times and several days that were available to me within the week before Christmas. The technician who arrived provided amazing service and completed the entire house within two hours. Everything looks great. Zerorez cleaned our carpet last year and it has stayed cleaner longer than other carpet cleaning methods. I highly recommend them.

Gabe was a very professional, sweet guy. He went straight to work and did a great job. He suggested several other services and jumped right in when I added to the job. Gabe was thourough and took pride in his work. It was like watching one of my children and being very proud of the young man he had made of himself. In the future I will request Gabe for any further cleanings. Great work Gabe.

My carpets look great! Gabe was able to get stains from my carpet that the past owners left. He also took the time to remove a water stain from the roof of my motorhome. Thank you Gabe, your father would be proud.

Even though we had a cancellation fee - we were still impressed with the technician that was out - in that he was knowledgeable and honest in recommending the carpet be replaced and not try to clean it. This was in a used home that daughter had just purchased, where the former owner had a dog that "stained" quite a few areas. Your technician said to try to clean each of the spots would get quite costly and may still not get rid of odor.
Your technician is to be commended for his integrity and care for the end product the customer would end up with.
We have used Zerorez before - and will do so again.
