Chris arrived on time, examined with great care the carpet throughout our home, made note of the various types of stains and spots, and explained in clear terms the cleaning approaches available for treating the problem areas, as well as what I could realistically expect with each method. Chris was personable, cheerful, and down to earth. I felt relaxed and upbeat around him. He was just very real—no gimmicks. I was relieved about this last point.
My partner and I have a cat and a dog. Chris used a special light that revealed pet urine—I hadn’t realized the extent of the urine problem. I chose to have the high-urine areas treated with extra techniques to extract the urine (in my closet) and deodorize the other areas, so my final bill for the work done was considerably higher than I’d expected. While I wasn’t delighted about the bill, I can say that Chris did a fantastic job. Our carpet looks and smells great! No other carpet cleaner has come close to getting results like those Chris made happen yesterday. Plus the carpet feels noticeably soft under my feet. There really is no residue! I can’t say enough good things about the technician Chris and the job he did for us!!
