Excellent and accurate scheduling, reminder phone calls, call from service person 30 minutes before arrival, professional behavior, and excellent cleaning results.
The whole process exceeded our expectations. Multiple stains were treated and removed. Carpet is rejuvinated and clean. In addition, the cost was reasonable. I would and will recommend them to everyone.
