The technician was very informative and pleasant. The shorter dry time was perfect for my needs and i really like the idea of no soap residue.
The employees that come in our home are respectful and friendly. They always keep us up to date on their timing and if they think they'll be late they let us know. The work they do is very efficient. Our carpet is almost dry when they leave and it smells great! No chemical smell just a slight citrus hint in the air.
