I have Zerorez out once a year to clean my white carpets, usually late spring, early summer. This year I had them out to clean early as one of my cats was sick a lot at the end of her life and the carpets took some good hits. I cleaned as much as possible, but they needed professional cleaning. Jesse Baeza was my tech this time and he was just so particular that I will be calling back to request him. My carpets look, smell and feel great! Thank you

Online scheduling. No overwhelming carpet cleaning odors
Everything went so smoothly. From the initial phone call to schedule a commercial quote to the cleaning we could not have asked for better service. Our carpets had not been cleaned before and had many oil and grease stains from our in-house service men. I was totally surprised that the stains were able to be removed. We had 7 rooms to be cleaned and in a little less than 2 hours everything was taken care of. I would without hesitation not only recommend Zerorez. We also will be using again in the future. Also, we might add that they were considerably lower in price than a well known competitor. Guess that goes to show sometimes you can get superior service for less money.
Our technician Dylon was AWESOME! He took the time to walk each room and explain what he was going to do. So awesome that we only booked the carpets being cleaned but ended up having the tile done as well. Will definitely be using zerorez again in the future! Floors look amazing in our new home!

I have been a long time client and have recommended zerorez to friends in the past. However the one thing that really annoys me is all the upselling on sprays and add-on treatments. The guy who cleaned my carpets told me about the extra treatments he recommended but said we could talk about it at the end. But then he went head and did them and charged me for them. My original quote was around $179 and with all the extras I ended up at almost $300! That’s a lot of upselling! I will think twice about using zerorez next time unfortunately.
What I like about Zerorez products and services are the way my carpet looks, as well as the kindness of the technician.
