Good customer service and results!
Guy who came to our house was professional and explained things clearly. He wasn't pushy. The cost came out to what I expected and the carpets and ottoman looked great after the cleaning. Would highly recommend.

Carpet not super wet yet clean and dry in several hours
Everything, from first contact to followup. You do everything you say you will do. You said you would text before arrival and you did. Great job while at the house and cleaned up and told us what to expect. Zerorez is a great way to have your carpets cleaned. Our carpets are the original off white wall to wall that we installed when we built the house in 1992. After Zerorez, they looked like new. Very pleased.
I’ve used your company a few times and was happy with your service in the past. My family room is large, was charged for 2 rooms. My bedroom has an adjoining bathroom area, which was included as the bedroom the last time it was serviced by zero Rez. I didn’t realize it WASN’T EVEN SHAMPOOED!!!! until hours later when I checked the dryness in carpet.
Your serviceman was not rude or unprofessional, however he seemed insulted when I didn’t add on extra services. From that point he seemed to make things difficult to my needs, ie; I’d be paying three rooms, not 2 I originally scheduled and overpriced the service cost until I asked him why he just wouldn’t give me the 3 room special rate. He finished the cleaning just under an hour, I thought that was very fast. Now that the carpet is dry, it looks no different than before he serviced it. Honestly it seems like he didn't use any cleaner and purposely did a sloppy half a$$ job. I’m very very disappointed and dissatisfied. I would hope you would send another professional serviceman to honor your services.

Efficient and professional. Love the way my carpets look.
I expected better results and was a little dissapointed.. The grout looks great in some parts and then it doesnt it appears inconsistent. I had a couple of people who came over and agreed it probably could have been more consistent throughout. Was my first try with zerorez so I wasn't sure what to expect. The two tech were very friendly and helpful.

Immediately looked so clean . Dried within 2 hours not 6 or 8 hours. Tech was very professional and answered every question I had. I could tell he took pride in his work I appreciated that . Yes I will use them again
