Evan was very nice friendly person explained everything before he got started . My rugs were bad but they look amazing now . My grout looks good to floors dried fast smells fresh . With even the special treatment on some of the cat stains , they appeared again today. I know the service man did his very best. Do you have any other suggestions before I rip up the carpeting.

We have used Zerorez several times and really like the results both on tile and carpet. Colton did the work for us and was very conscientious.
All of the work Colton did looks absolutely great, except for an area in the bedroom, which looks a bit streaked... when standing back you can see "lines". Hopefully, this will disappear after we vacuume a few times... if not we will call and have Zerorez come back to redo that area. Overall, thank you for the great service!

Your technicians are professional and informative. We were very satisfied with the cleaning done in our kitchen tile and dining room, bedroom carpeting. We also had our 2 accent chairs cleaned and they look so much better.
