Tim did a great job. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told us each step of the process and the carpets looked great when he was finished.
Our carpets have never looked or felt cleaner! Our Tech came in and pretreated stains, then used this machine I haven't seen before that vibrated the dirt right up so that the cleaning wand could suck it up! I know that made the difference for sure! The tech was friendly and really took the time to do a great job! When he was done he raked the carpet and added a protectant. I am so happy and would definitely call Zeorez again and again!
We’ve only had our carpets cleaned, but Zerozez does an excellent job. Our tech Nicholas was polite, professional and timely. He took his time and did a great job for us.

I have used Zerorez for years at both our AZ houses and have always been thrilled with the results check out the Nextdoor and Google reviews) but my experience on Friday has left me very disappointed.
The carpet is still wet in spots and it is Saturday night, over 28 hours later! As we walked thru the house after they left there were actual puddles that soaked your feet and we had to place towels each spot where the carpet transitions to tile so we didn't fall. Previously it was damp and after running ceiling fans by the next morning it was dry and we could put our furniture back. Not this time.
The carpet is crunchy and it isn't normally - that is one reason I loved Zerorez.There are spots that are worse than others but you can definitely feel where it was not rinsed properly.
There were here 35 minutes total for 3 rooms! I know that they were in a rush which could be why they did such a bad job.
I realize that the main guy was training someone because the poor guy training didn't even know how to turn off the van.
Anyway I will give you another shot but will try to get one of the people who came previously even though the guy who came Friday boasted he's been with the company "forever".

Our technician- Scott- was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable of what he was doing! He did an amazing job of cleaning the carpet in the house we’re selling- we wouldn’t hesitate to us Zerorez and Scott again!!! Great job!!

I could see urine spots on carpet with black light , Most of the stains did come off carpet looks better than before , I really recommend a way better carpet freshener so it can smell nice and fresh
