Great product and great service!
Price was a lot higher than expected. Need to better describe cost. Example being it asked for how many hallways but what it should have said was how many square feet. I thought my coat was 165 and it ended up being over 300.
Dried faster than I expected. My tech, Jason did a great job, and, he is a nice person. Like the looks of the carpet. You may share my name as Ron S
I don't believe enough time was spent to clean the grout/tiles because there are a number of places where it is just not clean. For the amount of money I would have hoped to have better results.
No chemicals. Excellent employees. The person that took my reservation was very polite & helpful. Rob, the carpet cleaner was polite, answered all questions & did an excellent job. Am recommending Zerorez to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner.
Our service guy was so nice. He informed of us all treatment options yet never pushed a thing on us. He did a fabulous job and being repeat customers, we always know we get the best from Zerorez.

Use faster drying cleaner
ZeroRes did a very nice job in cleaning our carpets and accessories. Technician, Treyvon?, was very good to work with. It was a very good experience and I will use this company in the future. Thank you.
Clean floors
There were a few areas on cushions or arms of the couch that it wasn’t cleaned all the way to the edge so there is a clear line of clean and dirty. I should have gone through and checked before he left, I was just quickly in between meetings and didn’t due my due diligence. The areas that were cleaned thoroughly look amazing.
The tech was very polite and respectful of our space. My husband had just flown in on a red eye and we both work from home so it was a lot to manage for him as he was trying to clean the furniture.
I was very impressed with the level of courtesy and professionalism, ease of scheduling, etc.
Good people
I had my carpet cleaned a month and a half ago, but my dog had several accidents in our master bedroom. Justin and Nick, I think their names were, came and cleaned the whole room, They helped me check all the other rooms, to make sure they didn't have any spots. They were really good at detecting dog urine, and now the carpet looks great again. I would recommend to my friends that they can trust ZEROREZ to clean the carpet and the carpet dries quickly too.

I was happy with the friendliness of the person that did my rug. Also it was completed in record time. I only gave a 9 because I had to ask him to go over the rug to make it go all one way
Amazing the difference it made
This was my first experience with your company, so I had no idea what to expect. The tech was very timely, and conscientious about his work. They gave me a first time price which was nice. As I said before, cheaper isn't always better. I was happy with this experience.
As this has dried the feeling of the carpet is nice, not crunchy but soft. I like that.

We have been using Zerorez for years because our carpets and area rugs stay cleaner longer due to there "Empowered Water Cleaning Technique". We would never consider contacting any other company to clean our furniture or any of our soft or hard surface flooring.
ZEROREZ IS INDEED THE BEST IN TODAYS MARKET!
We JUST had our new tile and grout installed less than 2 weeks before having ZeroRez out to seal grout. The tile and grout looked amazing (obviously) before ZeroRez was here. I honestly see no difference in the grout, besides that there are now gaps and cracks everywhere (from the pressure of the machine) and there a lot of dark spots, that were NOT there before. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone. Wish I would’ve been warned beforehand that ZeroRez would ruin my brand new grout, instead of sealing it and keeping it a nice light color. Honestly it looks awful. Super unhappy.
The carpet cleaning in two rooms was done well and removed all of the minor pet stains. The treatment did not remove any of the pet stains in the third room
How nice my old carpets came back after the cleaning process.
No strong chemicals ,and or cleaners just your orange smell solution.Showed tech, paper work about carpet type ,went to work and rooms look great.
