Zack did a very good job in cleaning my carpet.

ZEROREZ has ALWAYS done a GREAT JOB but this was even BETTER! !! I hid out in my office until he was finished ! I listened to his friendly chatter and was AMAZED at how THOROUGH he was !!! He was able to get rid of the evidence of my spilling coffee and the cat's hairballs ! YUCK !! Anyway.....I just thought you needed to know....for no doubt the 1,000,000 th time ,... how INCREDIBLE you guys are ! !! I tell anyone who's looking for a rug cleaner to call ZEROREZ !! I have used you in the past and it went great.
This time, i was pretty dissappointed.

Three area rugs done this time.

One still had staining, one wrinkled up severly that I had to re stretch.
One has a stronger dog smell than before it was cleaned.

These rugs are less than 6 months old.
I was expecting more.

I had asked for a quick service. I got it. I have a 8.5 x 11,5 wool hand made rug. Brendon spent so much time making it perfect. It did not yellow the rug and I couldn't be happier with Brendon. You must hire great people because I asked for Collin who did 3 rooms the last time for me, but because of my urgency he was unavailable. Brendon was incredible. Thanks so happy with the outcome.

Floors look worse than before the cleaning. Tech felt that his equipment might not be working correctly. I spent the day cleaning the floors and trying to make them look good. The grout sealer was all over the tiles and left a residue all over the tile making them look dirty. Just a horrible job I will never use your company again.
