Hello,
I have used your company consistently for the past 2-3 years and have been very satisfied in the past, however, my experience this time was not the same. Although my tech, Kyle, was very polite, I feel like he made a few spots on the carpet worse. For instance, in my living room, he scraped the carpet to remove a small spot, and now the carpet just looks damaged. I had a few watermarks from potted plants in my living room and dining room, which have come out in the past, and now they have spread.

Didn't get the dirty areas clean in on several places like the areas in front of sofas ,fire place and entry areas leading in from tiled floors. I was told that it was just shadows.
I never heard that excuse before. Needless to say ,not happy!

I like the procedure of cleaning my carpet. The employe was very nice and professional. The employee arrived on time.
The carpet cleaning was fine. However, the technician was not as careful as the technician who cleaned our carpet in 2020.
This year, the tech did not use the corner protectors (and 2 corners got bad black marks) and scuffed up the baseboards. That meant more cleaning for me after he departed!
The tech we had in 2020 was excellent. This year was average.

Our technician was professional, thorough and very pleasant. It was completely refreshing to have someone that not only matched but exceeded expectations. Nowadays the bar has become so low on customer service however our experience with this technician has renewed our faith.

First. Of all, you didn’t tell us that we had to pay a $35. Charge for you to to a little ways to another trailer....like across the street! Second, you quoted us a total of $199. For cleaning 4 vtrailer Az rooms. Most of them 12foot x 18 foot! The bill was OVER $500 total! What a ripoff! We will NEVER have you guys clean AGAIN!
