I love that difference in the floors when it is done. You dont have the residue crunchy smelly leftovers from other cleaning companies. I also love the customer service from the technicians. Always helpful and considerate.
No harsh smell. Not watery wet even though, it was some wet and had to dry. Worker was on time and polite. Will use you again.
Easy to schedule online, arrived on time, quickly completed. Did have a smell (musty) when completed. May have been the carpet.
Great customer service by James E., he explained what he did and how to care for the carpet after he left. I could not have asked for a better experience. He even got stain out that other companies had tried to remove (they were unsuccessfully), James got them out!!!

Would appreciate if you didn’t overcharge, by adding a hallway in the bedroom as extra $25 for cleaning the hall in the bedroom. It’s part of the bedroom and should not have been overcharged. We will think twice about using zerorez again. We’ve had this done by you before and you never overcharged. What’s up with this new overcharging?

Carpet looked amazing after being cleaned, tech was friendly.
Zerorez has always done a great job on my carpets. The employees have always been polite and professional. I only wish all the extras were built into the prices instead feeling like they are always trying to up sell. At least they are not pushy.
Carpet was beautifully cleaned even though it is very old carpet. Technician was great. He was very thorough and accommodating. I have had other carpet cleaners in the past clean my carpet, but no one does a better job than Zerorez.
The carpet still looked the same! Stains were not removed, it just looked like a good vacuuming. The tech was nice and said it was because our carpets were old.
I just like your company. You have cleaned my carpets a couple of times & they have always turned out great. The employee that cleans the carpet is always helpful and friendly.
