Job complete as promised. Friendly knowledgeable techs!
Complete areas missed. Noticeable after it dried. I spent the next two days trying to get the edges cleaned as all the dirt and grime was pushed to the sideboards where the natural stone/travertine was clean. Post stone clean I was then told I’d need to reschedule to have it sealed and it’s more susceptible to stains and wear & tear by just cleaning it. :(
Also an entire section of carpet was left untreated and an area in the front room that is STILL is wet.I’ve ran full heat and also A/C on it. It’s still wet. If I’m spending close to 1,000 on floors I’m not certain why I’m up Sunday morning still cleaning and finding areas that weren’t even vacuumed. Much less cleaned. In both carpet and stone area. Caution regarding the sub extraction. Cation needs to be built into pricing as I’m paying double for what I was quoted. Since the marketing doesn’t include much.

I was very pleased and shocked that all the old doggy stains came out! Chris was very informative and explained the process of what he’d be doing to the carpets. Everything smells great! Carpets look very good for being 14 years old. Chris was willing to wear a mask while in my home too and I appreciated that. I’d recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

I was able to schedule based on our needs and the results were very good! Abe let me know that some of the paint spots were not able to come out (due to being acrylic paint?) but I am very pleased with the end results. The carpet looks very good and so much cleaner!!!

Simeon M. was the person that cleaned our Master Bedroom carpet.
He looked it over and listened to what our situation was. We had dirty traffic areas in the room.
He took his time and did a great job. We were very pleased and would recommend this company!
Cody was friendly and did a decent job but for the money it was overpriced. How can you do 3 rooms in a home for $199 but my vehicle cost me $290? I had my SUV done but all seats, except for the driver and passenger seats, were removed. Cody said he had never had one for his easy (meaning with the 2nd and 3rd rows seats removed). It took him maybe 40 minutes start to finish. I work for a company managing the construction of 7 and 8-figure custom homes for a living and don’t make anywhere close that much in 40 minutes! Wow.
I had only issue with the impression Cody made. As he worked he would occasionally pull out a vaporizer that smelled pretty strongly of marijuana. He did this openly in front of me for the 10 minutes I talked with him.I didn’t say anything to him at the time and wouldn’t have mentioned it if not prompted to give a review but here we are.
The clean quality was okay but left something to be desired. My carpets still felt stiff and crunchy after. Lackluster experience and feeling like I had my pockets fleeced.
