Tooo many up sells! I felt like for every little thing on my carpet I had to pay an extra $30! Also the gentleman that did my carpet broke my clock and then did not even tell me about it! I thought that was very dishonest! I will be using a different company next time.

We had a wonderful experience as always. Nice did a super job, looking over the area and discussing what was to be done and asking a lot of questions. During his work he asked me if it looked ok. It dried in very little time and it looks fabulous. The carpet is old but cleaned up very nicely. Nice was very personable and easy to work with. Very nice addition to your company. We are very satisfied with how clean our carpet was. We have 3 dogs who put a lot of wear and dirt on the carpet, and the carpet felt and looked new again.

Very friendly and informative about the product and services

Carpets are not wet and they are noticeably brighter. There's none of that "crunching" sound you hear after some companies clean.

The stains really did not come out, but we could have paid $100 per stand but that would’ve brought the total to about $1000.

Service from start to finish went smoothly.Window of time for service tech to arrive was as stated. Technition Simeon very proffesional and did a very good job of cleaning in a timely manner.I would reccomend Zerorez and will use in the future.

James was in bathroom twice for a very long time which made me nervous. Carpet was wet over 12 hours. I thought you sucked alot of water out and it would dry faster. Not sure i will use you again.

The carpets look great after cleaning. The tech is always friendly and nice. He is also very knowledgeable and explains exactly what he’s doing. Great service.

The employee was friendly. He cleaned the carpet quickly. I am disappointed that some of the heavily used areas do not look clean.

My carpet didn’t look much cleaner than before it was cleaned by Zerorez, and your technician didn’t have anything to say about that when questioned. I’ll be looking for a different company next time.

Awesome employees, great cleaning

Our tech was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and quick. He did the job quietly and was in and out in no time. The rug was barely damp and dried in less than an hour. Cleaning this favorite rug cost oodles less than buying a new one. Plus, you just cannot get stuff these days with all the shortages. Thanks, zero rez!
