Tyler, using zerorez equipmemet and cleaning solutions did an outstanding job. He warned that the wear tracks in our 15 year old berber carpet would not dissappear. He did an EXCEPTIONAL job..barely visible!
I liked how thorough our technician, Brian, was. He pre-treated, raked, cleaned, and re-raked our carpets. They literally look brand new! The citrus scent used in the pre-treat was very pleasant. I also liked that the drying time was short. My carpets were dry in 4 hours. I have employed many other carpet cleaning services in the past, but have never been as satisfied as I was with Zerorez. I will definitely call again for my next carpet cleaning, and will tell all my friends! Thanks Zerorez for a great experience!

Tooo many up sells! I felt like for every little thing on my carpet I had to pay an extra $30! Also the gentleman that did my carpet broke my clock and then did not even tell me about it! I thought that was very dishonest! I will be using a different company next time.

We had a wonderful experience as always. Nice did a super job, looking over the area and discussing what was to be done and asking a lot of questions. During his work he asked me if it looked ok. It dried in very little time and it looks fabulous. The carpet is old but cleaned up very nicely. Nice was very personable and easy to work with. Very nice addition to your company. We are very satisfied with how clean our carpet was. We have 3 dogs who put a lot of wear and dirt on the carpet, and the carpet felt and looked new again.

Very friendly and informative about the product and services
Carpets are not wet and they are noticeably brighter. There's none of that "crunching" sound you hear after some companies clean.
The stains really did not come out, but we could have paid $100 per stand but that would’ve brought the total to about $1000.

James was in bathroom twice for a very long time which made me nervous. Carpet was wet over 12 hours. I thought you sucked alot of water out and it would dry faster. Not sure i will use you again.

The first two times we used your company we were satisfied and happy. This time the carpet came out crunchy, the stains were not removed, and the person who cleaned our house missed the pantry and had to come back. My husband used a personal carpet cleaner and did a better job. We are moving to a different state so not much you can do to make it better.
