They cleaned a condo for an estate. I am out of state and they kept in contact with me. It was a stress free process.
Our technician did a great job! We were extremely pleased with his effort in cleaning our carpet. There were some tough stains, but he took care of them!

Quick and efficient
This was our third time using Zerorez and our experience was exactly as we remembered. He was timely, got right to work staging the equipment outside and wearing shoe coverings. After clarifying the work order he got right to work. Before leaving he reminded us to wait 4-6 hours before moving items back in place. He was professional and just a very pleasant individual.

One of the bedrooms had major dirt in the high traffic area and it didn't look much better when they were done. Thinking I should have used a company that uses chemicals and detergents to get the dirt out!
