Cleans carpet much better than others
courteous customer service. Tech was awesome. Great job making old carpets look as good as can be for 15 yr old carpets.
I paid extra for the pet treatment and now that the carpet is dry it still smells like urine. Black light shows stains are still there. Very disappointed and will not be using this service again. It waszz cm a complete waste of money.

I thought our carpet was trash, but my husband insisted on trying to have them professionally cleaned before replacing. I am actually pretty disappointed, because I was *this* close to getting new floors and you guys blew it for me. The carpets really do look fantastic after having Zero Rez here! The house smells cleaner, looks cleaner, and I feel so much better knowing there my kids aren’t playing on dirty floors.
But yea…thanks a lot. My new floor dreams have been crushed.

Jordan did a great job! I like the process you use. There was a lot of pet urine because we had a Doberman that died from Cancer and she was weak and unable to control her bladder toward the end of her life.
Normally the 'wet' factor when you leave goes away pretty quickly but I think the special treatment to remove all the urine made it pretty wet and it did take quite a while for some spots to dry. Other than that, it was great.
Matt was extremely good. My experience with most of your other technicians was very unsatisfactory.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He was thorough in his work. We had two stains on an area rug that another carpet cleaning company could not get out. We were going to replace the rug if zerorez could not get the stains out. Thanks for saving us money zerorez

D’Angelo was so professional, friendly and courteous. He explained everything he was doing as well as the benefits of the treatments he offered. I felt completely informed and did not feel pressured at all. On top of that he took the time to do the job right and complete. I didnt feel like he was rushing to get the job done. He made sure I was happy with the work before he left. I didn’t think the stains would ever come out. That was a couple days ago. Today, stains are STILL gone, carpet looks great!

My carpets and chairs look fabulous and are super soft!!!! I highly recommend this company for any carpet cleaning need. The products they use do NOT leave behind that crunchy carpet feel. It’s amazing!

The technician that came out was thorough and meticulous, taking great care to attend to every cat mark to ensure the best possible results and clean. We have never had such great results from a carpet cleaning, it was unexpected, and has definitely extended the life of our carpet.

When Jesus was done, it was hard to see the issues, but now, after it's dry, I see spots that were over-treated and have a ring where they were treated and others that didn't come out at all or were made bigger. Lage did a great job
The 8x10 rug was taken out to our driveway to be cleaned. It did not come out very clean (it was only bought in December, it just had walking dirt). Then, we had to get it back into the house, we had to call someone to help. The rug is now all wrinkled wavy.I think it is ruined. The tech checked the cleaning info on the back of the rug before he washed it.
We need more than our money back. We need a new rug. Like I said, it was only 4 months old.
