Very courteous and job well done
The work that was done was done well.
Carpets look good but never a feeling of satisfaction when final total was 50% more than on line estimate. We have pet stains and acknowledge there will be some surcharge. This was the amount after deferring an add’l 25% on top of that which we declined. So no, I likely will not recommend.
Finish clean
You used to pre treat urine stains and then shampoo the carpet. Not anymore. Been informed that is an extra charge. If I want you to treat the stains I was told thats an extra 75.00 for you to return. That won’t be happening
Nothing that the technician did at all. Just was a little pricey. I was under the assumption the gallon that was $75 a gallon didn't need a gallon per 5-6 in spot. I figured a gallon maybe 2 would do the room which is about 10x10 if that. I was quoted over $800 for about 12-13 spots. I might as well replace the carpet instead of call you guys to begin with.
Very professional. He took the time to explain what he would do for the spots on the rug. End result - Great!

I like your service and the residue free- I recently had my tile cleaned. It was a good job, but there was a lot of build up in a few areas in the bathroom and I would have liked it if they made more of an effort to get this clean. I am going to have to get on my hands and knees tpo finish the job and this what I was hoping to get accomplished by using Zerorez.
Would have been much higher if the tech told me up front… this rug probably isn’t going to clean because of the type of rug. Instead he said after he was done… “normally I say this before…”
For the cost I would have put it toward a new rug.
I specifically mentioned this to him and his co-worker before he started.
The other tech wouldn’t even look up at us when they were done. He could tell the “cleaning” didn’t clean anything and was embarrassed at the results.
Otherwise on time and polite. The small rug came out great.
Cannot say enough good things about Luke and the job he did. From the very beginning, he was on time (even a bit early), extremely polite and professional upon arrival and throughout the job, and took the time to show me what was going on as it was happening, as well as updating on when different jobs were done and when he was starting a new one. This was a rather large job with dealing with an entire home of both carpet and porcelain tile, and he did a fantastic job at cleaning and protecting it all. Thank you very much zerorez and Luke!
The professionalism of the booker and tech was wonderful. Unfortunately the carpet was cleaner, but not clean. The carpet was not terribly dirty to begin with . For a premium company with premium prices I expected better results.
