We have regularly used Zerorez's services since moving to AZ in 2021. We have the same carpet in our home that we installed originally. No one believes it. We credit Zerorez. The technician, Luis Cueva, did an excellent job. The carpets look great, again.
We still had terrible spots all over with carpeting still that were still there and came up all over soon after you completed work and carpet dust etc all over and you just left it looked terrible. Just saw this email from way back sorry so late.
The man that did the cleaning at our house was wonderful. He was very through and explained things and got all our very dirty carpets looking great again.

Cesar worked very hard to get my carpets clean and I appreciated it.
Our tech was very professional, right on time, and super nice. But he didn’t get out like any of the spots in our family room. And now they’re just more noticeable cause the rest of the carpet is “cleaner”. Not only can you see the spots, but now the spots are super crusty. It’s just weird and annoying whenever I walk on my carpet and my carpet still doesn’t look good.

Service tech was great! We had tile floors done and paid extra for grout sealing, but now there is white residue throughout house.
From start to finish the experience was great. I needed my carpets cleaned asap and got an appointment within 48 hours and was taken care of. The rep that cleans the carpets was informational and did a great job

They were here on time. They protected the wall corners and actually cared about our home.
The technician was personable, knowledgeable, and did a fine job.
The appointment was great, but 3 days after the cleaning my apartment smells like wet laundry left in the washing machine for days, or that old dish rag smell.
I did not move any furniture back onto the carpet until the next day and kept the a/c on with both ceiling fans running on high all day, the day of the cleaning tip help or dry.
