Timely, great technicians and I love the end result!

Appears to be a very thorough cleaning - grout looks 100x better and person that performed the work did a great job. I do think the cleaning machine may have been a bit hard on the tile and may have been a bit too abrasive. Double-checked and nothing notes that the cleaning vehicle would need to be able to be near my condo for the service. Fortunately, I was able to accommodate this but very few other units in the community would have been able to accommodate. This is worth noting somehow on the website or booking process. If it is noted somewhere, I did not see it. Thanks!

I Decided to take advantage of the September promo and had my tile and grout cleaned.The service technician was on time, friendly and was able to answer questions that I had about my tile and grout. The tile and grout looked terrific after it was cleaned. I was pleased with the service provided.

Your tech did not take pride in his service your machinery was horrible which like like a mop spilling water all over my tile it left my tiles dirty and sticky I’m Going to mop one more time to see if the shoe marks from the tech will go away and the marks left by the machine.
I mopped as your tech was leaving my floors were filthy the water was black plus you’re tech said he could not finish the job because his tank was full unless I allowed him to empty the tanks into my sewer line pipe. Totally unprofessional.. now my carpets look like they were not even cleaned I will submit photos of everything . The moment he left I wanted a refund. I can’t believe John JAY advertises for you…

While I loved the feeling of having a clean tile surface, I was disappointed that I had to immediately find a grout specialist!

I have use you for a long time. There is nobody better for fabrics and carpet to feel clean and not feel full of left-over soap. The technician was super friendly and let me know his name and shook my hand. I am in a walker, and I asked him to close the bedroom door because of our cat and he obliged. He was very diligent and thorough.
