My carpet has never looked better. When the man from zero res came out here I thought, Oh boy, he's alone. This isn't good. But I was wrong. He was wonderful! He will be cleaning my other two rugs, and my tile. You can't go wrong with zero res, and ask for David. He's the best!

I LOVE how clean my carpets are after a thorough cleaning from the Zerorez tech. From start ( signing up for an appointment) to finish (when Matthew walked out the door), I feel the service was exceptional.

When cleaning floors, pulling furniture, wiping baseboards is definitely a part of a thorough cleaning. Including that service would be an improvement.
Secondly, adding the washing of windows would be a plus also.

The customer service was great. But the actual cleaning of the tile wasn’t effective. There’s a lot of places across the entire home with grout that’s still dirty or stained.
