this last experience wasnt good. The previous one also the technician scratched walls and furniture.

I’ve used zerorez for years and have always been very satisfied.
Some areas of carpet were so wet almost 24hrs later we had to sop them up with beach towels. One area of carpet still damp today (2 days after they were here).
We're a construction office. Dirty, dusty men come thru our office all day. You don't use chemicals that attract that dust. No chemical smell is a big plus also.
Everything went as planned. Very nice polite gentleman cleaned the carpets. He seemed to be very good and explained everything he was doing and what to expect as far as dry times.

The gentleman who came alerted me by phone that he was on his way and what he observed when he got inside (I was in another state) and what he saw as problem areas. He gave me a realistic assessment of what he could accomplish and showed me before and after photos while we spoke on the phone. He did a very good job and the carpet felt soft (not crunchy) after he left.

Efficient Friendly excellent cleaning
My carpet is always really clean when the technician is done. Spots are removed about which I was worried. The technicians are always very polite, answer all questions and provide excellent service.
Carpet really stays cleaner longer. Had an area that needed to be retouched... man was her next day cleaned to my satisfaction. Really the best mannered workers ever.

I like their cleaning process because it actually pulls and removes dirt. Also, the drying time is so much shorter so you have access to your space much sooner. Overall, a great service.
