Customer service and cost
The service was great except there is a film left on the tile after cleaning. The carpets seem fine but i can see foot prints left where we walk on the tile throughout the entire home
They were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. They did a good job and left.

professional appearance and informed the client when they were coming. walls were protected while cleaning carpet and . I was asked about stains and areas of concern. The carpets were well-groomed. I was pleased with the service.

Had my travertile and chairs cleaned and they look great. The technician was able to get all the stains out of the chairs- they look new. The technician was very friendly and worked hard to get it done right. He took pride in his work and it showed. Very happy with the results.
I paid for 4 bedrooms and a walk-in closet. The walk-in closet was not cleaned. We work full time and had to take time off from work to meet Zerorez the first time. Now we have to take more time off work on another day to get the closet cleaned. I am very frustrated.

I have had three different servicemen doing my carpets. In all cases they were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Based on the information that one of them had provided, I was able to go to the carpet manufacturer and get my carpet replaced.
The representative from Zerorez worked really hard to get out some difficult ink stains from my carpet and the carpet now looks beautiful. I highly recommend Zerorez.

The way the carpet looks and feels and no chemical smell or crunchy carpet. We have a number of people in our church with severe allergies and now we don't have to worry about setting off an allergy attack in one of them.

I've always had a good experience with the technicians from zerorez except for this last time. I've only ever gotten my living room done and they usually talk to me for about 5-10 minutes to get my concerns and tell me what they think and then the cleaning itself usually lasts at least 30 minutes. This last time I got both my living room and bedroom done and the guy started right away without talking much and took less than 30 minutes for both rooms. There were black marks in the bedroom he couldn't get out that looked like just regular foot traffic and the living room didn't look as clean after as it has in the past. Usually after the tech leaves the carpet is wet for at least 3-4 hours but this time it dried in less than an hour so I wasn't sure if the carpet was saturated as well as it could have been. Just wanted to give my feedback about this certain technician just in case, everyone else has been great.
I have used the company for years and wouldn’t choose anyone else. The technician was prompt, professional, very friendly and covered every detail.
