I love how clean it gets the furniture it looks new again.
Zerorez leaves my carpets so fluffy and new..they feel so clean. Our technician was so meticulous about every inch of my carpets,,,,she was wonderful…hope to have her back next time. My carpets look new!

My carpet was crunchy when it dried.. and it smelled like a wet dog.. nothing fresh and clean. Very disappointed to have spent $200.00. S much for the hype. I will not recommend your services to my neighbors.

Very professional.
The booking process was very easy. I received the right amount of reminders without it being overkill. My technician showed up right at the beginning of my quoted window and I received a 20 minute warning which was very helpful for putting pets up. He was very polite and professional and it took just over an hour to complete (I have a small house). He answered all my questions as well. Would definitely use or recommend again.

No harsh chemicals
I was thrilled to book for next day service. It was such a blessing to get that task off of my to-do list. The technician was very friendly, on-time and efficient. My only complaint is that I was told we would receive a 10% discount since the invoice was over $700. At the end of the service, no discount was applied. I was very disappointed; $720 was far more than I was expecting to pay.
