Michele was great - she explained everything thoroughly and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets.

Zerorez came out last Saturday. The dining room carpet never gets traffic or walked on. However, the middle of the carpet was left with a raised line running across the entire carpet area. It looks very unsightly. I would appreciate someone coming back to rectify that.

Be more upfront with pricing. Area rug prices should be listed and small kitchen should not be priced separately…kitchen and dinning room. The work itself is great but I ended up paying way too much for the work done.

Our service technician was on time and professional. Made sure we were satisfied with the carpets before he left. Our carpets are old and was in need of cleaning. He did a great job.

I have no suggestions. The lady setting appointments was able to very promptly book our cleaning for the following day.

I was very pleased with our technician, Michael. He was courteous, professional and answered all my questions. He did a fantastic job removing some difficult stains that were set in.

Service by Colton was excellent! He did such a wonderful job my carpet looks brand new ! Carpets were not crunchy or anything after they were dry! Completely satisfied.

The $70 special room cleaning for extracting of urine was most miss leading. We had two malfunction security alarms while our rescue dog was home alone. This resulted in many, many urine stains as the loud alarm sounded for three minutes each time.
When all was done this special service for one room cost $650.00. This cleaning took over four hours. The thoroughness was appreciated but with the extended time, we cancelled another service which was planned.
We also were not informed that the drying of special service would take 24 to 48 hours. I called and got clarification. The drying took around 40 hours into Saturday morning. (Service was on Thursday). Good thing we did not have guests until today, Saturday.
The service representative, Ryan was thorough and courteous. We were happy to have your new employee training with Ryan.

There. Was a $25 unexplainef fee or service fee that was charged on my bill that I spoke to a ZeroRes rep. Before the appointment. They provided a $25 subtraction on my bill to go ahead with the service and I agreed but i was stil charged a $25 "service fee". The reason I called ZeroRes was for the deal for $129 buy 3 rooms get one free.... Not $154. Plus taxes and Tip I also paid for. ZeroRes should advetise a $154 special...buy three room get 1
Free not $129. I also live in a small condo with small rooms and in my bedroom i didnt want to remove the bed so only had extremly small area to be cleaned. Thank You.

Hire local people to schedule appointments. Call center with people who can hardly speak English is terrible. I had to call 3 times before I got someone I could understand. I love Zero rez for my carpet but might have to try a different service.

my rugs are disintegrating immediately. After being shampooed backings some of the backing is missing coming off like powder. I paid $100 to ruin my rugs now I gotta buy new ones.

I thought both men (trainee and trainer) who came to my house were very nice and polite. The trainer was very pleasant and gave good directions to the trainee and the trainee was very appreciative of any suggestions he was given.

The price I paid was good for the services I received. Scheduling and paying were extremely simple to achieve.

I reduced my rating from a 10 to a 9 because your company did not provide any booties for me to wear if I need to walk on the carpets and they were still wet. I understand your company no longer provides booties as a cost savings measure and I can appreciate that. However, booties weren't available even if I were willing to pay for them. I feel that this is poor customer service and all my needs were not met.

Quick and easy to make an appointment for next day. Cleans efficiently and effectively. Works were very nice and polite. I was informed about everything I wasn’t aware of. Very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process!

Fast, efficient. Colton was did a great job. Great representative of great customer service.

For the most part grout looks good. But there are several areas that are still dark. I was told it would be fine when it dries which I understood, but didn’t.
