Carpet got really clean

Efficiency and convenience
When the technician arrived he asked to use our bathroom & was in there for a while. We have a Safeway 1/2 mile away with public restrooms. You can’t say No, but it was uncomfortable. On a positive note he was very friendly, seemed to do a good job.
My carpet, area rugs and tile look brand new! Very happy with the quality and price.
Did a great job
Proviide up front pricing. The technician was very nice and only doing his job but the appointment scheduling was misleading. Made it seem like the rugs were $100 each to clean. Turns out that was just the evaluation. Just did not seem up front about pricing. Again the technician was good that was not the issue.

Zerorez is simply the best cleaning service that I have ever used. Every aspect of the job was flawless. From their clear online information and website through scheduling, followup contact, and precise pricing, there was complete satisfaction. And Joe did a spectacular and very thorough job on my carpets and upholstery! I'll use no other service than Zerorez!

Arrival always on time and careful set up of cleaning equipment with corner guards. Technician friendly & thorough. Been using Zerorez for years and never a complaint.
I was so impressed by ZEROREZ. They showed up in the timeframe they said they would and the representative that came to our home was super respectful and professional. We had a few dog urine stains and he took the time to explain how the urine spread to the pad and how he could help get it out. The carpets were better than we expected. 10/10 we would recommend ZEROREZ!
Not happy with the results. It took 24 hours to dry and left a crunchy feeling on the carpet.
This has not been the result on previous cleanings.
