It was incredibly easy to schedule the service for our preferred day and time. We did receive notice that the employee was en route to our home, and he arrived early in our scheduled window. He was friendly and professional. Our carpets look good - no easy feat with some worn spots, kids and dogs. We will definitely use Zerorez again!

Our technician (Mike M) arrived on time. He confirmed the total cost of our services before he started. Mike did a great job cleaning three rooms of carpeting and applied protection to one.
