The technician Michael was great-he was so courteous and did a great job on my tile and my carpet!
The tech that cleaned our carpets was great.
The service tech didn't seem knowledgeable about the services. I scheduled a cleaning. He then recommended a different cleaning, couldn't explain the differences besides he thought it would be better and clean just as good. More expensive but couldn't tell me why. When I asked more questions he said we wasn't sure if it would clean all the spots, but still what he recommended. Overall did an ok job, but would have rather had regular cleaning as the last time we did it, it cleaned much better.
Both techs went way beyond what is normally expected for this service. Mike literally hand scrubbed 3 problem areas. Their professionalism, efficiency and knowledge was refreshing.I was more than satisfied I was impressed.
Leaves everything looking brand new and smells great
David was great and communicated well. He got stains out of our carpet that we didn’t expect to come out.
