The technicians were friendly and personable. I paid for the extra stain treatment and the carpet had areas of wear. The technician told me that it wouldn’t remove the discolor but they would be improved. I do not feel like there was any improvement. They were not able to remove the 2 main stains in the master bedroom and the traffic areas look as bad as before the treatment. This ended up being a complete waste of $250.

Very nice guys that came to do my rugs but I was disappointed in the rugs. They were super fast and I can still see some stains. It felt like they didn't put a lot of time or effort in but also maybe it was just my rugs were difficult. I'm not sure.

The person who clean my carpet was very messy, he didn’t clean the carpet well in two rooms , he didn’t use the plastic to cover the edges of the wall, he didn’t map the floor after leaving the floor wet and dirty . I was very disappointed of his job . The company is great and I didn’t have any problem before , I request the same person who did the cleaning before and they say yes the same person will be here but they send somebody diferente, without notifying me .

Dried quickly and looks new. Technicians were on time, professional, and polite.

Zerorez did a great job. Came over next day to clean up 2 rooms of poop stained rugs. Dog had liquid runs. Gross. I just left it as is and did not try to clean it up. Zerorez got everything like new.

Efficient, courteous, pride of workmanship

Scheduling was a little tricky. Arrival window was 2-5 per Zerorez but we could only do arrival between 3-5. Took multiple calls/texts to ensure technician was aware of this.

Tech arrived at 3:20 so worth the hassle.

Tech was professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with.

Alice was very easy to work with. The service provider was excellent and performed with me being there for only a short time.
