Carpet cleaning was good.

Tile cleaning left dull, blotchy spots that were tacky feeling. Maybe too much of the pre-cleaning spray was used and then not completely rinsed off? I spot cleaned today with warm water, looks OK now.

I would recommend your firm for carpet cleaning but not for tile cleaning.

I really like the fact that the technician didn’t try to add in any extra service to the assigned job. He was very honest, knowledgeable and that is much appreciated!

Our carpets look much cleaner and smell better. The technician Michelle was very thorough and explained the process and suggested other cleaning options for our house. We are considering the duct cleaning option she presented to help with the dust in our home.

I wasn’t for sure how it worked, but after the the service technician cleaned the carpet and the tile floor the difference was very noticeable. He was very professional, and the outcome was beyond with our expectation.
