The results were super, no messes, no wet carpet, and no problems whatsoever. The technician was very knowledgeable, and professional. The carpet and chairs look brand new.

Great job as always. Tech was super nice. One suggestion. I didn’t really feel comfortable watching him input my credit card info into his personal phone. Techs should be equipped with a tablet or something a bit more official and secured. Optics are important.

My Tech was amazing! I can’t believe how great my floors look! Looks like when we first moved into our home 10 years ago! Awesome experience and I’m glad I could do it all from my cell phone! Thanks again highly recommend!

Very misleading with your pricing. I was given a price over the phone based on the exact same thing 2 years prior. Of course it was a bit higher but when the guy showed up the price went up another $80?!?!

Carpet gets clean!!!’
The first service man stretched the carpeting and made ridges in the carpeting and you take no responsibility. It also took three visits before the carpeting was cleaned properly.
I will have to spend at least $200 to have the carpeting stretched to remove the ridges.

I love the services but they are a bit pricey even with the sales. To have my entire house done it would cost me over $500. I used to pay about $200 about 2 years ago to another company.

It’s professional service and the product works
You could offer to place corner protectors for where the hoses rub the floorboards. Also, there was one piece of furniture that I moved while the floor was being cleaned because I couldn't really put it anywhere else, but it was lightweight. Offering pieces of foam to go under the legs of that piece of furniture would have been very helpful since I had no choice but to put it on the wet carpet. I'm not unhappy with the service, but little things like that would have changed my score to a 10. As it was, the communication, ease of scheduling, punctuality, professionalism, and efficiency were amazing. Thank you!
