We have used Zerorez They arrive on time and do a great job. Your carpet is clean without it being crunchy or having a chemical smell.

Tech, Robert H, did the best job I have ever received from ZerpRez! He even removed 4 spots that were left over by two previous techs. I am extremely happy with Robert's service. He was on time, very professional, and worked diligently and quickly. I was about to give up on ZeroRez because of the mistakes of the past two techs, but Robert has brought me back as a very satisfied customer.

Very nice technician Trey did an awesome job cleaning my carpets & area rugs. I even had a pet stain that is completely gone. And the cleaning process does not leave any chemical odors. Thank you Trey!

Brooke was professional and knowledgeable about product and overall on carpet cleaning. She offered some helpful tips for prolonging the life of the carpet. I was impressed with how clean our carpets and rugs looked.

Fast friendly service. Alex R was terrific! He looked at all the different fabrics and was upfront with us and explained why he could or couldn’t clean the item. He was very friendly, careful with his equipment and had great customer service skills!
