The outcome is always awesome. Brandon did an amazing job.
I hired this company because I thought the equipment was going to be better (steam) it all I saw was very conventional equipment. I sent a review this weekend. I just felt the carpet was not rigorously done in specific areas. A feedback, would be for the person doing the job to go over the areas with the home's owner to make sure specific areas are taken care of more frequently than others. When the person was done, I pointed out stains that were still very visible, the person did go over a little more it did improve, but that was all.
Once it dried up (10 hrs. later) , I walked the house with my wife and we noticed that many of the stains were still very visible.
What I think you can do to make things right, a percentage refund.

The technician was very good, friendly and throw. At each step of the cleaning he asked for me to review the process and point out any concerns. The carpet and chair was cleaned very well as always by Zeroez. Another great job.

There's still an odor on my staircase.
The young man who came to our apartment to clean it was more interested in how fast he could get in and out.
His focus should have been on what is his best way that he could make the carpets look nice.
He said before I take off do you want to look at what I've done.
I did and the carpets look terrible I said can you do it again he said sure no problem.
He did it again really quickly again and it looks a little better but still looked terrible.
So I said he could go. I rented a machine and did it myself
The online ordering system was easy to use giving a valuable cost estimate. The technicians (Scott and Anthony) texted before arrival and arrived as scheduled. The quality of their work, attention to detail, thoroughness, professionalism, and client interactions were impressive. You could tell they both liked their jobs and were skilled at doing it. They were able to clean our carpets and tile like NEVER before. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Bravo Zerorez.

Alex Taylor explained the entire process from top to bottom which helps out a lot. It took maybe 2 hours to do almost all of my carpet spaces and I must say that 98% of the stains came out. It was well worth the purchase.
