Your company isn't any better than any other rug cleaning company. Zero Rez doesn't mean anything. I have had other carpet cleaners use chemicals (just like you do, but you say you don't even though the receipt i got charged an extra $100 for chemicals) and none of them left any residue or any problems. Basically, it is all a marketing ploy to get people to use the company.

The carpet had way too much water, it took 72+ hours to dry and the carpet looks like it has a balled up texture, we are extremely disappointed.

Our technician, Trayvon, was professional, efficient and pleasant. The carpet was cleaned and dried by evening. It is clean and still soft! I was skeptical that our recliners would be salvageable but they came out beautifully. The kitchen tile (and grout) look great. My only regret is not having all our tile done.

The company was very user-friendly in setting up an appointment and executing the cleaning. The service person was knowledgeable, professional and proficient.

The fellow showed up on time and did a great cleaning job with my living room rug. Reasonable priced and I’m very satisfied with the outcome.

It was quick and easy to get an appointment scheduled. They were even able to add a service I called in after scheduling.

After they left it didn't look like the couch had be washed, the carpet was damp and smelled clean, but the couch was dry and had hairs on it. I called customer service and they had someone out in 4 days to service the couch and this time it was actually cleaned to my expectations for no additional fee.

Even thought there was an issue it was resolved quickly and easily with no additional cost to me. Thank you!

Technician was very friendly but more importantly wanted to do a good job. We recently had a new master closet installed and the installers left the carpet extremely dirty, even dripping glue in several places. He made sure he got all the awful stains out.
