I liked that the rugs dried quicker than other company's products. Also the worker explained what he was going to do and other options available.

Friendly tech - no residue after cleaning
We just like Zerorez. I like that no detergents or chemicals are used to clean the carpet. Our technician (sorry forgot his name) was polite and knowledgeable. This time we had our area rugs cleaned, next time we'll have our wall to wall carpets cleaned again. No residue.
The deal on the radio did not work for me.
I got an online quote for $90, but my mom was billed $130. Very deceptive. That gets 1 star. The positive was the result. My mom is very happy with the work that was done. That gets 10 stars.

First time Zerorez customer and very pleased with the service.
Carli was an excellent, professional technician. She went over the estimate, what she was going to do, upgrade options and did work on the carpets. Certainly appreciated the way she handled herself and represented Zerorez.
I always wait a day or two to reply, as initially when the carpets are still damp, they look good and when they dry you get the "true look" if the dirt was removed. In the past when other companies world leave they looked nice and then when dried, it was like the carpets are still dirty. Not this time with Zerorez, the carpets were cleaned better then anticipated, especially in the high traffic areas.
