It was Not as clean as could be. There were spots that didn't come up. I bought foam carpet cleaner at Dollar Tree and it took out the stains. Just spray let dry and vacuum . Stains gone! Paid extra for scotchgard stuff, didn't see it put on livingroom, expensive spray for 2 min!
My carpeting looks and feels great, & the price was so reasonable.
Very personable and knowledgable technician. He did a great job, exlained what he was going to do & the cost. Stayed on task and completed the job in a timely manner. I like the fact that Zero Rez doesn't use soap so there is no residue. My carpets looked like new. I was very satisfied.

Alex T. was our service technician and we could not have been more impressed and pleased about the quality and results of his work cleaning our tile floors and the resealing of the grout. Alex was very attentive to our concerns regarding the need for extra care for our 25 year old flooring. He carefully cleaned any compromised areas by hand.
We will recommend Zerorez to our friends. We will definitely request Alex for future tile and carpet cleaning.

No chemicals used in cleaning is a bonus. The technician was thorough and quick.
The entire services are great. I enjoy the carpet cleaning service. The guys are great at the cleaning.
Your guys do a great job on tile
The technicians are professional and knowledgeable about the products. Our preference for carpet cleaning is always zero red.
My carpets look great and I'm very happy. The tech was very friendly & professional. I've always used Zerorez and will continue to do so.

I love the idea of environmental friendly no chemicals and all but we did not feel the price was justified. The person that came Tyson was very nice but felt more of a salesman than a carpet cleaner. He had all the excuses as to why the carpet would still look the same. He upsold us to get “ carpet protector “ great demonstration again salesman. We’ve had carpet cleaned before that were older than the ones we currently have, and made the carpet look brand new with shampoo. So it’s a great idea but we felt cheated for the price we paid. It looks a little better but that’s it
