Zeroez has very pushy upsale marketing and salespersons. Plus, they mislead with low prices then have multiple add-ons tacked on at the end. It’s too bad because they do a good job.

Jorge is so professional and pleasant. He did an excellent job cleaning my hand woven Native American area rug. You will be completely satisfied using Zerorez and Jorge.

Professionalism, quality and easy appointment process

My carpet is still dirty, the technicians dripped filthy water all over my tile floors and just left it there. I just had surgery and had to bend over and clean it up so I didn't slip and fall. I will not be recommending zerorez as they did a very poor job. Three rooms and a hallway were done in 30 minutes as well.

Arrived early, did a great job!

Devin called before and gave us the better estimated time of arrival. They explained how long to dry and what we needed to know. I would use them again.

Carpet was damp the next day. I was told it would be dry in about 4 hours. Otherwise am satisfied.

The carpet cleaning and additional pet treatment pulled up smells not previously there and created additional stains. We had this company treat our carpets 4 months prior and did not have this issue. When we called to ask Zerorez to correct the issue we were told that the waiver we signed did not hold the company responsible for the results of the cleaning. When we asked to speak with a manager we were told they were unavailable. When we asked if a manager would call us we were told that she could request that they call but it was not guaranteed they would call us.

We've used Zerorez several times over the years and have always had a good result. Out tech this most recent time, I don't recall his name, was very nice and cordial, did a wonderful job.

The tech, Shelly Jolly, called ahead prior to arrival, showed up on time, gave us various options for carpet cleaning and did a great job while she was here.

I was quoted a price per room. I got quoted what I believed was a fair price over the phone. That turned out to be 1/2 of the amount I was charged. Yes, the amount charged on the day of my service was literally twice the amount quoted. The technician was great and even tried to straighten it out with his manager who was not able to do anything to make it right.

Highly improbable that I use this company again.
