Floors where not cleaned and I was buckled and dimed the whole way through
The employee that cleaned the floors in my house did an excellent job. He worked quickly because he was aware that we had to leave our house at a certain time. You should be proud of him.
I can’t remember his name but, he is awesome who cleaned my carpets, the look like new again and he answered all of my questions, I already recommended your company to a few of my friends. Thank you for your service.

I have used zerorez several times and I always like the results. I also like that you don’t use soaps that just attract dirt again.

I loved the service and Trayvon was friendly and efficient. The carpets and tile look great; I just think the price was a bit steep, but that may be the going price now. My son and daughter-in-law uses Zerorez and are very happy with it.
That said, the service was great; I just wish the price was a bit lower.
I love not having crunchy carpet and chemical smell!

Everything. My carpet looks new again. I didn't think it could get so clean. Trey did a great job and he took time to explain a few things.
Way too much water used on only 6 month old carpeting. Water from carpet all over the tile. Slipped and fell on tile that was not even supposed to be wet, not even near the carpeted edge. Clothing soaked from extra water on tile. Way prefer old method of steam cleaning.

I called Zerorez one day and had my carpet cleaned the next day! They got rid of our naughty cat’s pee odor. The carpet dried in just a few hours. It feels and smells like new again.
