The young man that cleaned my chair and ottoman was very polite and friendly and did an excellent job.
The technician (Tyson) was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to explain what he was looking for and even provided a reference for our carpet that needed repairing.
I had to move my appointment 3 times due to family emergencies. The schedulers were more than understanding, which made those hard time a little bit easier.

I wasn’t as happy with the overall dirt removal this time. After it dried there were still traffic corridors that are darker than the less traveled areas. That hadn’t happened before
Friendly…reminded me of the 30 day guarantee if spots reappear. Dried in the time he stated.

my carpets needed stronger cleaning agents in certain areas
We called this company after it was recommended to us by a friend. We are so happy that we called. The gentleman that came to the house was very polite and punctual. He informed us what exactly he was going to do and what he was going to use on our tile floors. The floors look brand new, and I am sure the new home buyer will think the floors are new.
I would recommend them as well especially if you have tile floors and want to make your floors shine like new if you are moving out as your final clean out service.
