The employee used his own phone to take my personal Visa card information for payment. I am not comfortable with that because too many people are to good at saving, copying, pasting, etc., and I don’t know how you can prevent that.
Excellent communication and quality product. Jorge was very congenial and friendly. My carpet looks amazing and he was extremely efficient.

On Nov 4 Robert cleaned a couple rooms-did a fabulous job. We decided to make another appointment for a couple more.
On Dec 5 Joseph showed up late. He cleaned a couple rooms with wear like Robert’s. Looks like nothing got clean. Disappointed. Have a reservice this week. Very frustrating especially when Joseph was told while he was here that the job isn’t being done to satisfactorily.
Just was the guy that came to clean my rugs. Did an excellent job. I would recommend Zerorez out of zero times.

Technicians communicate eta when they are on their way. They get the job done and protect the customer’s furniture, wall corners, etc., at the same time. Carpets are dry w/in 6-8 hour timeframe, as predicted. Technicians ensure the customer is satisfied before leaving.

The carpets and chair that Chris cleaned look great and feel soft, not sticky. But our tile floors in between the spaces were left with a cloudy film on them, I'm assuming from product over spray. Hopefully it will mop off.

The service was on time and my carpets looked great. However, the tech was not able to clean my shower to my satisfaction, but compensated me after calling his supervisor. The shower is old and the tile did not respond to the cleaning method. I would not recommend tile service.

The tile floors were great. Very clean. However there was still some debris left behind on the tile, that we will have to go back and vacuum or sweep, throughout the house. Could you come back and sweep?
