Easy to schedule, easy to change the schedule, courteous employee.
The booking of the appointment was very handy. I had to reschedule a couple of times, and they handled it seamlessly. My technician, Dodge was also very helpful and thorough.

I thought our technician did a wonderful job. She made sure to explain everything fully and that we understood everything that was being done. She gave us the opportunity to ask any questions and I didn't feel as if she was trying to just push additional services on us. She was extremely polite and professional and I would gladly have her come out again.

We really like the technician who was here. He explained everything he was doing. We really needed the more intense cleaning but couldn't afford it. We chose the topical that was a little over $500 for three rooms.
Our living room and dining area look good but can still smell some of the urine smell. The bedroom that was cleaned there are still pee stains on the floor after the carpet dried.I also feel a residue left over on some of the carpet.
The carpet is much better than what it was so I'm happy about that, just wish you can't see the pee stains.
I did recommend Zerorez to my neighbor.

Overall service is really good and the technician always do a good job. However, my one and only concern is the price charged for area rugs. Area rugs are almost doubled the price of a regular carpeted room. I have area rugs throughout my home. That said, and due to Zerorez high cost to clean area rugs, I will eventually have to look for another company to shampoo my rugs
No waiting all day for wet carpet to dry - good value for the cost. Friendly technician.

I love the products love that it’s chemical free soap free the service was great. I was able to ask a lot of questions and I was able to gain very great answers back and through the whole process was able to get everything answered. I wanted and the aftermath of the service was phenomenal, and I would definitely recommend to anyone else and will also be Scheduling another appointment 100% in the future
The tile floors were great. Very clean. However there was still some debris left behind on the tile, that we will have to go back and vacuum or sweep, throughout the house. Could you come back and sweep?
I would like the techs name. He was excellent and i would specifically request HIM again. He is pleasant, professional, with a smile and very thorough- and i had a disaster for him! He made it look its best and i was actually shocked when i saw end results.
