Scott quoted me $750 - 10 gallons of pet treatment for my loft which at $899 with the cleaning, I could not afford.
I bought a 62 oz bottle of Bissell pet and spent about two hours on my hands and knees with a Hoover pet shot (mini cleaner) for a grand total of $23.
Why would it take 10 gallons to do what I did with less than 1? I don’t think that can be justified.
The last guy cleaned the same area with 1 or 2 gallons. I did spread the mess (dog pee) on the surface with a home cleaner - so I expected it to be higher - but I also knew it was mainly on the surface - you couldn’t even smell the pee.
I spent years in Property Management and have run Air BNB houses and I have seen some really bad stuff. I have NEVER been quoted $899 to clean carpet. I can get a Hazmat team to get blood from an entire apartment including ceiling, walls and carpets for not much more!!!
I love ZeroRez - it truly leaves my carpets feeling soft and fresh, but I didn’t feel that was a fair offer for the job, nor did I feel like he cared. I don’t mind paying for the superior product, but one gallon for every spot?
It was super disappointing - especially in contrast to my first experience. Honestly I rarely take time to complain and I give the benefit of the doubt in most cases - my feet are my vote.
Alex, the tech was incredibly professional. My carpets are old and he was able to take years off of them along with some bad spots.

We just move in to a new house and the carpets were trashed. I scheduled to get a quote to have them replaced. But after you cleaned the carpets I just may hold off on the new carpet. I am amazed how clean our technician got our carpets

The technician that was out to our residence was extremely quick, some areas do not even look as if they were done. At the end, the technician said that he would be back with shoe covers and never returned, as well as he never did a walk through when he was done, which again he had said that he would. We were going to book to have the lower level of the house done, but now we are not so sure that we want to utilize your services going forward. We have used Zerorez for over 10 years. The service the last couple of times has gone down and this was probably the final chance.

Technician wasn't very professional. I didn't like that he just casually walked upstairs into my room to talk to me instead of calling me down. Also thought it was a little over priced for the services provided. The trainee did all the work, so I'm wondering if it's usually better?
