I love the professionalism and how clean my carpets are after Joseph did the work.
First of all, its so easy to schedule online for your convenience. They are prompt, and love that the cleaning is safe, non toxic and does not leave a residue like many other carpet cleaners.
I asked for supervisor to call me.

We have used Zerorez for a number of years and have been satisfied customers ... but not this visit. The technician was a very polite and respectful young man but did not seem well trained for the task at hand. He was to clean 5 area rugs. He was unsure of the types of fibers and what the results might be. BUT, most importantly, he was obviously over scheduled. We were his first appt. but he did not arrive until 9:30, cleaned all the rugs and left by 10:30. A very hurried job with less than desirable results.
Issac did a great job...spent alot of time and made my sofa look brand new!
The professionalism
Mike was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and very efficient even though he was training a newbie. I felt very comfortable than being in the home. They were easy to talk to, and they helped me with everything that needs to be done.
Jordan did an awesome job on our tile and carpet!! He was personable and thorough and patiently answered all of my questions. Having the right people makes all the difference when it comes to customer service.
The carpet is so clean and fresh without crazy amount of chemicals. Our tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job!

Mario was the tech that clean my carpets. He was great. He went above and beyond. Did a very good job and was so polite and professional.
I was very happy with my cleaning. The technician, Tom, talked with me and set up the cleaning services before starting. He tested the upholstery on my chairs and recommended the best service for my home. When he was finished, my chairs looked amazing! Tom also took great care with our area rug and bedroom carpet. My neighbor has already asked for a referral. We have used Zerorez in our home in San Jose, CA. Our friends are ready to use your services here.
