Professional services.
The gal who cleaned my upholstered lounge chairs and carpeting did a fantastic job, and my carpeting looks like new -- even the really bad "paths" where we had dirt paths in the hallways.
The carpets came out super clean! The whole process only took about 30 minutes. Amazing customer service, very friendly!
Seth was awesome, however, he knocked out a driveway light upon entering our home with his hose wich exposed wiring, he put the light back int he ground best he could but its not fixed correctly and again, wiring is exposed. His co-partner (dont know his name)showed up with what I can only describe as the most foul smelling body odor we've ever encountered, within 5 minutes of him being in hour him I got a headache had to leave. Unfortunately, do to the duct cleaning process, the ac had to be off and our home got into the high 80's winch made this odor worst. I don't know that I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.
My technician arrived promptly. He immediately walked around thr house with me, listening to me express my concerns about flooring (tile & grout).
He was very professional, kindly explaining what he'd be doing. My tile floors have never been so clean!! Also cleaned an area rug, which looks great! I would hace had carpets cleaned too, but am having them replaced shortly. I have already recommended Zerorez yo numerous friends

The last time I used your serices the technision place corner protectors throughout the house prior to bring in any of your equipment. This was never done this time.

I was so very impressed with the gentleman who did the zerorez service in my home yesterday. You now have a customer for life! He was thorough, very capable with his equipment and respectful. He explained what I needed to do with my carpets to get best outcome and how it would be done & products to be used.
He did an awesome job. Dirty, stained areas are now nice & clean, smells nice & vacuumed up in a breeze. No hard, crunchy residue at all. Best experience with carpet cleaning service ever!

The technician, Tamari was not capable of following the instructions provided to get in touch with us first at the scheduled time so we have someone meet him there to let him in. Instead, he texted an hour early asking if he could come early. I was in an appointment w/o access to my phone so did not receive his message. Once out of my appointment I responded and he wanted to know how long it would be for him to wait. It was not even the scheduled time at this point. I texted back to ask if he was waiting at the house and I received no response. After about 20 minutes a service coordinator person (female) called to say the tech was going to leave as no one has been in touch to let him in and he's waited too long. Seems they were including the time which was ahead of the appointment that he arrived early. I also had been texting & responding to his messages so that made no sense. The coordinator said once he was let in he would get ahold of me (I am in another state) to confirm what would be done and the estimate. Tamari never did that. After the service he tried texting me the invoice however it never came through. He called me and was extremely rude insisting I had to verbally give him my credit card which I told him I would not do. He argued with me for 20 minutes telling me that was the only way for me to pay. I told him I would call the office and pay online. He said that was not possible and I HAD to give my credit card to him. The conversation was heard by my family and agreed his demeanor was totally unacceptable! I did exactly as I said, called the office, they in turn emailed the invoice which I promptly paid securely online. I feel he was trying to get my credit card information nefarious. Once we had an opportunity to see the carpets which he failed to inform us about they were left with stains still. The entire interaction was terrible.

When I called to schedule, they were very informative and asked good questions about what our needs were. The person that came to our house arrived on time, and explained the process. She was friendly, knowledgeable and considered our priorities. The dry time was a little longer than expected, probably because we keep our house temperature cooler than a lot of folks.
The price was in line with what I expected to pay.
Ease of. Scheduling,consistent communication,on time arrival of technician,great communication between tech and customer regarding scope of cleaning process and timely completion of task. Andrew was my tech and was very courteous as well as informative. He worked diligently on problem areas and completed the job efficiently and in a timely manner.Andew takes pride in his work and I highly recommend him.Tgank you ,Andrew for a beautiful job.

The service providers were on time, were knowledgeable about the products used and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were efficient and didn’t waste any time. The end result was great and better than we could have hoped for…considering the carpet was over 27 years old. The stairway carpet looked brand new! The dry time was a bit longer because of extra treatment in certain areas, but we were informed of that. The CO2 monitor went off again later in the day, so we opened a window and turned on exhaust fans as well as our ceiling fans which we already had going to help with drying. I recommended Zerorez to my cousin!
