I’ve been a customer for quite some time. The techs really know their business,and are attentive to any questions and concerns that I have. They are always on time and my stamped concrete floors look new after each visit. I try to schedule twice a year and the day and time is always available. I definitely would recommend their services,great job and,reasonably priced.

Technician communicated well and was professional
The prices have gotten ridiculous, but my technician, Creed, was great! I really appreciated that he was willing to work with me.
I ended up spending about $600 that day… the carpet guy did a good job, but upsold me on a couple things that “ I needed if I want my carpet to last”. It added a couple hundred dollars to my bill.
Carpet was cleaned, easy to schedule and friendly and efficient technician.

Zerorez recently cleaned the tile in my whole house and it looks great and smells great. They took years of soap scum off my shower as well

I feel like you only wet my carpet. Several light stains that were on my carpet didn't disappear. Probably only 30-40% cleaner. Very disappointed. Will not use you again. Sorry for being so harsh, but I expected better results.
