The quality of the work seems to have gone down. I have been a customer for many years. I was charged more than I expected but many of the stains were not worked on and some areas didn't look clear after the carpet dried. I had a re-do service which was great.
to improve, charge fair prices for the qaulity of work.

Rugs dry quickly
Power brush was supposedly broken, so the pet hair wasn't removed properly like in the past, paid for deodorizer and it still smells.
Technician was great, spent a lot of time and effort and tge furniture looked great.

Carpet was very crunchy after it dried. I thought your selling point is that it shouldn't be like that and should feel "clean." That was certainly not the case. The tile looked good, but it's also brown and hides dirty very well.

Carpet was treated for pet odor which is working. Cleaning did NOT diminish urine stains at all. Cleaning was finished in no more than a half hour. For $255 I would expect the cleaner to go slower and take his time over soiled areas.

I like that there aren’t any harsh soaps or chemicals used.

Michael best rug. Cleaner ever , he is polite and make time to visit. Rug is old but he keeps bringing it back each time with your products.
