On the phone I was told they could clean my travertine floors but in person I was informed they could not clean/ seal them. The carpet cleaning turned out great and I would use them again for that!
I was very impressed by how my carpet felt after the cleaning. There was no nasty smell of wet carpet and it dried in a couple of hours. Thier procedure for taking out stains was impressive. I love them and would recommend them to everyone!

I was extremely satisfied with the actual carpet cleaning/cleaner. He was professional and answered all my questions. It was fast, effective and I thought a decent value for my money - hard to find these days. However, I found it difficult to talk to a person when initially trying to schedule an appointment. I had several questions I wanted to ask before I booked. I called and was on hold, told to leave my number for a return call and never received a call back. I know the modern way is to do everything online. Call me old fashioned. Sometimes you just want to be able to TALK to a person.

Carpets always come out great!
Charging $69 for up to 250 SF of tile is fair. That was the charge for the 120SF kitchen tile.
Adding $25 for a 15SF bathroom and another $25 for a 48SF bathroom for a total of 183SF of tile is NOT fair. - especially for those on fixed income.
Quick and clean. Carpet looks like new again.
We had move out carpet cleaning. The service tech did a great job of getting the carpets clean. I believe the carpets are cleaner than when we moved in 3 and half years ago.
