Everything! I changed my appointment four times and every time customer service was extremely polite and accommodating. The technicians that come to clean the carpets are professional, friendly, and do a great job. We were lucky enough to get Josh again this time, and he was very helpful, friendly, and takes pride in what he does

I was told my cleaning was $ 149.00, and when the guy showed up he charged me an additional $50.00 for 2 small bedroom closets. I have used Zerorez before and this has never happened to me. In addition, he was pretty rude, telling me they should have charged me before.

Frankie takes pride in his work! He really took his time and put effort into cleaning my carpets and knows what he’s doing. Spencer needs some more training! Spencer was so concerned about his 5 star rating and he was in and out very fast and didn’t clean my carpets very well. He needs to slow down and stop worrying about his stars!
My carpet looks clean a week later!! The service guy did a wonderful job. He worked very hard in getting the spots and dirt out . He also wasn’t pressuring me to get other services which I hate when other companies do this. I’m so glad he was respectful and hardworking!

12:40 they arrived with no call saying they are running late
12:45 got full estimate. Way above what I was originally quoted. I had fully budgeted for this cleaning and was hugely disappointed when I was quoted over 470 dollars.
I had specifically asked when getting the quote for the whole house 1700 sqft so to charge 200 dollars more for service is completely unacceptable.
The service was subpar at best and I didn't even get the whole house cleaned like originally asked about both online and on the phone prior to coming.
Would have picked a different company that was running specials on the sqft (the crew carpet 275 for whole house) along with others that are 300 for less than 2000 sqft.
Because I was quoted so high had to drop services and the whole house wasn't cleaned which I had asked many times to confirm.
Charged separately for bathrooms that is 10sqft of tile and 14sft. If you give a quote you stick to around that price. Do not charge 200 dollars more. This is bad business all around.
Charged separately for the master closet when the bedroom is less than 250sqft
Said would start with tile in master and work backwards and started with master bedroom carpet (completely forgetting the master bathroom)
Not wearing booties or anything and walking over clean carpet/tile with dirty outside shoes
Said had color sealent and that's why couldn't get tile all the way clean (tile sealant last longer than 2 years which is when the tile was last cleaned and the tile was not sealed because we asked prior to move in.
Also cleaned a few areas thoroughly before booking to ensure it was dirt and not other things.

1hr post and grout is not cleaned and sticky in areas, mop residue left over throughout the house.
Can clean the grout with grout cleaner and scrub brush better than these products
Very disappointed with today and service. Would not recommend to anyone.
Why would I use this company ever again when the quote is that far off. People budget off of these quotes and they are far from realistic. Especially when other companies have great deals right now.
Zero rez is coming back to redo services, but now I am more days delayed into moving into my new home which is an added cost and time to me because of this horrible service I received.
The staff that came one was good the other used my bathroom and didn't wash his hands or flush the toilet.
I am completely disgusted with the business model and cannot believe that you have this many stars for great service. When this is what you consider acceptable.
You need to make it right! A quote is a quote why else would you quote people if you are going to change the price when I specifically asked for the whole house to be cleaned.
